Rental Agreement

  1. Reservation and Booking
    All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and payment. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  2. Delivery and Setup
    Groove Jumpers provides delivery, setup, and takedown services for all rentals. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the location is suitable for setup, including adequate space, a flat surface, and proximity to power sources.

  3. Safety Guidelines
    Customers must adhere to all safety guidelines provided at the time of rental, including adult supervision of children using the equipment. Groove Jumpers is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use.

  4. Weather Policy
    In the event of inclement weather (e.g., high winds, heavy rain), Groove Jumpers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather.

  5. Damages
    The customer is responsible for any damages to the equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Groove Jumpers reserves the right to charge repair or replacement fees in the event of damage.

  6. Liability Waiver
    By renting from Groove Jumpers, the customer agrees to waive all liability claims against the company for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period.

Payments and Cancellations

  1. Payment Terms
    Full payment is due prior to delivery. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Invoices and receipts will be provided electronically.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to receive a refund, minus any non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

Opt-out Policy
