What a 5 star experience! Booking the perfect jump house was a breeze, even when I had to reschedule the date. The delivery was flawless, start to finish.  The team communicated clearly about their delivery time, and were the most upbeat guys! They made sure the bounce house was squeaky clean and set up just how we wanted it.  The same smiles greeted us upon pick up, and they honestly enjoyed hearing about the fun we had--this company really cares! I can't think of one thing that could have gone better! I have been getting bounce houses for birthday for years and years. This was the first OC business I used and I was not disappointed. Groove Jumper prices were unbeatable. I called and messaged about 10 bounce houses and no one had a better deal than this company. They also went above and beyond! The website is also very aesthetic and easy to work! Booking the bounce house online was a breeze. There were last minute changes and they accommodated immediately with no complaints. The team was easy to reach by call and text. I love companies where I can send texts during a busy day instead of needing to call. Everyone I talked to on the team expressed they want to do their part to make parties special and make their customers happy. 

I watched them set up the bounce house and clean any dirty spots on it. They were on time and ready to go. The team was very friendly and professional. We even got to keep the bounce house an extra day and it was just what we needed! It was very fun to enjoy it at the birthday party and then with family the next day. If I could give Karen and the team at groove jumpers a millions stars, it wouldn't even be enough! They were so kind, responded quickly, pricing was amazing, made everything so easy, drop off and pick was a breeze, the bounce house was so clean and looked brand new. I had to change locations at the last second and I was so stressed, but Karen made everything so simple and easy. When the guys dropped off and picked up, they were so so kind. The best jumper! It was so clean and looked brand new. They even used an air blower to make sure it was perfect before they left it. The guys were nice and did a great job! 
They also were on time and picked it up on time.

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Reserving our jumper was such an easy process with great customer service. Our delivery was on time with a call ahead to be sure we were home and once again fantastic customer service. Leo was such a friendly guy that made it even better!
